RentCafe Terms of Service

By using RentCafe.com (RentCafe ILS) or any property websites powered by RentCafe (RentCafe Portal) (collectively, “RentCafe”), you accept and agree to be bound by the latest version of the RentCafe Terms of Service (posted at https://resources.yardi.com/legal/rentcafe-terms-of-service/), which are between you and RentCafe (not the property) and will be updated from time to time. The property may have its own terms and conditions that apply between the property and you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your use of the RENTCafé Resident Portal, related mobile applications, and the website operated by Sola Rentals, Inc. and its affiliates (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for tenants and applicants to submit applications, make payments, request maintenance, and access community resources. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Sola Rentals regarding your tenancy, including:
